Know Your Costs, Understand Your Benefits, Feel Confident
Therapy is more than a session, it’s an investment in your growth, your peace, and your future.
Investing In Yourself
Did you know your insurance might help cover the cost of therapy, even if I’m not in-network?
Many insurance plans offer out-of-network (OON) benefits, which means you could be reimbursed for a portion of each session (average of 70%).
You don’t have to navigate this alone. During our free consultation, I can check your benefits and let you know exactly what your session cost would be before we get started.
With OON benefits, you may only owe a copay per session instead of paying the full fee upfront. Curious to see how it would work for you? Contact me and let’s find out together.

FAQs
-
I’m considered an out-of-network provider, which means I don’t bill insurance directly. However, many clients use their out-of-network benefits to get reimbursed for a portion of their sessions.

If your plan includes out-of-network mental health coverage, you can often submit receipts (called “superbills”) for reimbursement. To make things easier, I partner with Thrizer, a platform that handles this process for you—they submit claims on your behalf and can even reimburse you directly, so you don’t have to deal with insurance paperwork or long wait times.
-
Payments are made at the time of service using a credit, debit, or HSA/FSA card. Thrizer can also process your payment if you choose to use their reimbursement service.

Currently I do not have any sliding scale openings.

Reimbursement depends on your individual insurance plan, including out-of-network coverage, deductible, and co-insurance, so amounts can vary.
To make it easier, we partner with Thrizer, which helps submit claims and track your reimbursement. They even have a Benefits Calculator on their website so you can estimate how much your insurance might cover—no guesswork needed. Click the link below to check it out:

Under the law, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your mental health care will cost. This estimate helps you understand the expected costs of therapy before you begin services.
You’ll receive a Good Faith Estimate in writing before your first session and at any time if your treatment plan changes. While everyone’s therapy journey is different, your estimate will outline the anticipated fees based on your current goals and session frequency.
This estimate is not a bill, it’s simply meant to help you plan for your care and avoid surprises.
