Hi, I’m Ashley. I help people who appear capable and “put together” on the outside, but feel anxious, guarded, or stuck on the inside. Together, we gently face what’s been holding you back, work on the root of anxiety and trauma, and create the space for you to feel like yourself again.

Complex & Relational Trauma
Complex trauma occurs when someone experiences repeated or prolonged traumatic events, often starting in childhood. Relational trauma—trauma that happens in the context of important relationships—can leave lasting impacts on your sense of self, emotional regulation, and how you connect with others. I help women process these layered experiences, heal deep emotional wounds, and reclaim their sense of safety, strength, and self-worth.
Self-esteem & Relationships
You’ve spent so much time showing up for everyone else that somewhere along the way, you lost touch with yourself. Sexual & Combat Trauma (Military)
Serving in the military can change how you see the world and yourself. Whether you experienced trauma in combat, military sexual trauma (MST), or both, healing starts with being seen and understood without judgment. We’ll work to process what happened, regain a sense of safety and trust, and reconnect with the parts of you that were left in survival mode for too long.

I’m a licensed psychologist with over ten years of experience providing therapy, successfully adapting in-person approaches to the virtual setting while maintaining your privacy. Trauma & Anxiety Therapy Services
Services are offered in English and Spanish

Individual therapy is the traditional format most people are familiar with. You meet with me once a week (or every other week), gradually working through challenges over time. Offered in formats of 45 or 60 minutes.

Trauma intensives offer a different kind of healing experience. Instead of spreading sessions over weeks or months, you work with me for longer sessions over a shorter period of time (for example, a few hours a day over several days). This allows you to go deeper, stay more focused, and make faster progress.

The Gratitude Center offers both EMDR and EMDR 2.0 (updated version of EMDR that incorporates neuro-science-based techniques to speed up processing). EMDR and EMDR 2.0 are offered via weekly therapy or intensive therapy.
